Inversion is contraindicated (not recommended) for anyone with surgically implanted orthopedic supports or a significant curvature to the spine. While this does not mean that you cannot invert, it means that you’ll need to check with your doctor before trying inversion. I fell in some rock at work and didn’t think I injured my self. After a few days I was not able to sleep more than 4 hours as the pain would wake me up and could only sleep the remainder of the night by getting in my recliner. I went to the chiropractor twice and missed work to make my appointments. It didn’t help. I decided to buy the teeter inversion table and once I used it for 2 days I slept in my bed all night. I use it almost daily now. I work construction and am 60 years old. It has helped me more than any thing I have ever tried. I know at least 3 others who say the same thing I do. It is a great product. I love mine.

I’m 53 now, and damaged my back 6 years ago. Since that day, my back would go out 1-2 times a year, and take weeks to recover while my sleep suffered as a result. Even on my best days, I would dose to the limit with acetaminophen to manage the pain, after NSAIDs took my BP too high. The first time I inverted, I felt my spine realign, and have been using the Teeter daily ever since. I’ve been using it for a few weeks, and no pain…….so no OTC meds now either; wonderful! So now I’m back on my work-out routine I couldn’t do for 6 yrs, and honestly don’t recall feeling so good! Folks, this is an awesome product!

The heavy snow took its toll on me this year. Shoveling caused my herniated disc to rear its head again after several years of remission, this time down my left hip and leg. Sleeping was near impossible. This led to my purchase, as I wanted to try an alternative to chiropractic sessions. At one month, I cannot report 100% recovery. Progress is definitely being made, however, and my sleep is much improved. If I feel a pinch in the middle of the night, I invert for a few minutes and the pain subsides, allowing me to rest again. Try scheduling a chiropractor visit for 2 a.m. and see how successful you are! I’m glad I can count on my Teeter when needed.

I have all 5 L1 – L5 vertebra with herniated discs, bulging disc and server stenosis. I’ve been going to a Chiropractor for about 1 1/2 years and although I did get some relief I didn’t think that it was worth the £75.00 visits, sometime twice a week but always once a week. Since I got the FitSpine X3 I stopped going to the Chiropractor. Your product is a God Send and I tell everyone that if they have back issues you have to get a Teeter. Don’t even bother with other brands the Teeter is the only one to get. Do your self a favour, if your back / spine is not right get it now because every day you wait you are loosing out on relief.
