Lightweight and portable, Teeter Hang-Ups Gravity Boots offer a diverse platform to perform an inverted workout… at home or at the gym!
The Gravity Boots wrap comfortably around each ankle, securing with adjustable, self-locking ratchet buckles. Made of a light but durable shell surrounding thick foam liners, the boots offer flexible, forgiving support assisted by optional calf loops that place a slight bend in the knees to help eliminate uncomfortable loads on the knees and feet.
Aside from standard inverted decompression and stretching, the Gravity Boots provide an ideal way to perform inverted exercises including core strengthening and leg workouts. Teeter’s Gravity Boots can be used with select Teeter Hang Ups Inversion Tables*, Inversion Racks, and Bars or even on secure, appropriately-sized bars** at your local gym.
Whether you’re searching for natural back pain relief, a way to take proactive care of your joints, or a convenient and fun way to strengthen and stretch, Teeter’s Gravity Boots provide a compact, out-of-the-way, in-home solution!
Inversion Table must be converted using a CV Bar, for sale separately or as a part of the Adapter Kit (includes Gravity Boots and CV Bar).

Hi Pevad,
Inversion is contraindicated (not recommended) for anyone with surgically implanted orthopedic supports or a significant curvature to the spine. While this does not mean that you cannot invert, it means that you’ll need to check with your doctor before trying inversion. You can find out more about contraindications here: https://teeter.com/blog/faq-items/who-should-use-it/

These inversion boots have changes my life! Seriously. I’ve been using them for almost 20 years – just finally had to buy a new pair – and they helped cure me of a chronic back problem that I had for several years. They have also given me abs of steel!

I have had my EZ up gravity boots for about 1 month. I typically hang 3-4 minutes at a time several times per week. The boots a very comfortable and well made. I like the ability to micro adjust the tightness of the fit. I have narrow calves but a thick ankle and high instep. I am able to adjust the boot fit to work best for my anatomy.

I bought my first pair about six years ago after throwing my back out doing sit ups. I have been using them to hang almost every day since then and not only have I not had a single back problem but my posture has improved dramatically. After six years of daily use my first pair broke. No hesitation in buying a second pair. These are essential to my life now. Worth every penny and then some.
