Many of our customers appreciate the versatility of upgrading their Inversion Table with the Adapter Kit. The Adapter Kit includes Gravity Boots and a CV Bar to convert the standard ankle clamp assembly for use with the Gravity Boots. The Boots wrap just around the ankles and provide them with extra support and comfort; the Gravity Boots can also be taken with you on the road.
With the Gravity Boots, you can invert on any bar that meets the security requirements.

Hi Tom, that’s correct. Teeter Inversion Tables are rated for users up to 300lbs.

Inversion is contraindicated (not recommended) for anyone with surgically implanted orthopedic supports or a significant curvature to the spine. While this does not mean that you cannot invert, it means that you’ll need to check with your doctor before trying inversion.
