Hi Pevad,
Inversion is contraindicated (not recommended) for anyone with surgically implanted orthopedic supports or a significant curvature to the spine. While this does not mean that you cannot invert, it means that you’ll need to check with your doctor before trying inversion. A month and a half ago I pulled out my back! it was awful.. I had been watching tv and saw the teeter and tried it for the 14.95 month. I fell in love with it and it has helped my back tremendously. My son tried it and said ” WOW this is the Cadillac of inversion tables”.. It is so well made and you feel so safe on it. My husband is now using it (he plays golf) and he says its also helped him. I bought it on line but saw it on line at Costco for $ 29.86 cheaper and they honored the 30 day price match which was a beautiful thing. I HIGHLY recommend this inversion table. My back thanks you!!

I’d been suffering from a back problem (herniated disc, L5) since 2000. I’d been seen by numerous surgeons and I was told my recovery chance was 60-65% and advised to do pain management etc. instead. My pain level was 2-3, moderate & manageable but it were there 24/7 plus a swollen feeling under my left foot, towards my heel.
Even after using Teeter only several times (twice a day, 2-4 minutes), my pain level is now 1-2 and the feeling under my foot lessened. I am hoping in given time, I will get rid of them all!
And for those who are dreading assembly, don’t! I am one who’s hopeless when it comes to putting the simplest together but it couldn’t be easier.

Always wanted to try the TEETER. Once Teeter had a special offer on the “THE JOE ROGAN EXPERIENCE” podcast and after hearing Joe and Jesse Ventura talk about the relief they get from their TEETER and the benefits of using it, I thought I would give it a try. I have had back issues for years and having the option to do something from home on a regular basis is what I was looking for. I know 10 people that have TEETER’s and I have not heard of anyone that doesn’t feel that the TEETER makes them feel better!
Now my entire family are using it.
The set up is easy and only takes about 15-20 minutes.
I downloaded the APP “BILT” there is a video on how to install.

I purchased my Teeter after trying one at a friend’s house. She had lower back pain from a disc but after using her Teeter she has no pain now. I thought it might help the severe pains in my right leg…ankle, knee, hip, and sciatica. I had pain walking, sitting, lying. I could feel the stretch in my right leg as I hung…I knew it was doing something. In less than 2 weeks I was pain free and had full range of motion in my leg. It is also helping my husband with back pain from herniated discs. I hiked all weekend just recently and can’t believe how wonderful it is to be able to move without constant pain! I love my Teeter! I am so grateful!

I have suffered from SI joint pain, low back pain, upper back pain, and neck pain for most of my life. I go to the chiropractor about twice a week and am always looking for new solutions. I had been hearing about inversion tables for a while and several people who had one said that Teeter was the best. Well, they know what they are talking about! This is a high-quality, durable, very well made piece of equipment. I’ve been using it about twice a day since I got it and it is life-changing for me. I absolutely love it. The customer service department is also excellent. They are friendly and provide great customer service. I can’t rave enough about my Teeter Fit Spine.

Found it very hard to get back up! Other members of my family who has no back issues managed to get up without any problems ! Think it should come with a warning! people like myself with chronic back issues! Otherwise I would definately recommend with assistance.
