Delivery
We offer next day delivery for all domestic shipments (UK Mainlands). We also offer delivery throughout Europe. Delivery time varies depending on the country however typically takes between 5 – 10 business days depending on customs. All orders are dispatched within 1 working day, please take in consideration public holidays.
Delivery time is given as accurately as possible, but not guaranteed, and subject to extension to cover delays by strikes, lockouts, holidays, peak shipping seasons, works breakdowns, delay in transport, shortage of raw materials, Government regulations/requirements for any cause whatsoever (whether or not similar to mentioned above) beyond our control.
International Shipments
All orders will be shipped from our UK Warehouse, if you are based overseas you will not be charge VAT on your order. However, once the goods enter your country you will be required to pay VAT and Custom Duty on the product (this percent charge differs depending on the country)
The courier will send you a bill stating exactly which fees you need to pay. They’ll normally hold your parcel for about 3 weeks. If you have not paid the bill by then, your parcel will be returned to the sender. If this is the case you will be refunded the cost of the item only.
When shipping pallets (Power10s, FreeSteps) overseas from the UK we do require all customers whether you are private individuals or businesses to provide an EORI number.
An Economic Operators Registration and Identification number (EORI number) is a European Union registration and identification number for businesses and individuals that undertake the import or export of goods into or out of the EU. If we are shipping pallets to Northern Ireland you will apply for a GB and an XI EORI number. When shipping pallets to the Republic of Ireland you will need to apply for an IE EORI number. This is a really simple process that doesn’t take long to apply, once you have applied you will normally receive your EORI number within 2 hours – in some cases this can take up to 5 working days.

Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not, you can return the product to us within 30 days of receipt in it’s original packaging and in new condition. There will be a fee if you would like us to arrange collection of the goods. We will refund you the price of the goods only to the original credit or debit card used. Once the goods arrive back at the warehouse they will be fully checked over, if the goods are not in there original condition or if there are any damages or missing parts there will be a 20% restocking fee.

Most of our items are shipped with couriers DHL, TNT or UPS. Tracking will be provided.
Teeter Free Step™ LT1/LT3 Recumbent Cross Trainer/ Teeter Power10 –
When shipping out the Power10/Recumbent Cross Trainers they are sometimes shipped on pallets, please note that the pallet company will leave the pallet with you. Pallet deliveries are normally 1-3 working days. The courier will wait for 15 minutes for you to confirm that there is no obvious damage caused during transit. Please check the packaging for obvious signs of transit damage and before signing to confirm that the consignment was delivered undamaged. All items go through over 21 separate point checks and all equipment is double checked and signed off for delivery. Please make sure that you have enough help to take the machine in to your house as the delivery service only delivers to the nearest accessible point (curb side delivery)
